oh no! bought hady’s album… thats another 18 bucks… but i guess he’s quite decent.. like his intepretations of the songs… but rather malay malay.. LOL! but loving his rendition of Mercy mercy me… good stuff… and i gotta control myself.. or ima gonna be broke soon…

Got myself a couple of Cds and a new pair of earphones!! yea! Shopping sure feels wonderful… too bad im always broke because a certain someone borrows money from me to take his “friend” out… hahahaha

VJC open House

hehe…. a rather fun event i guess you could say… didnt do much there though… couldnt eat.. couldnt drink…. and i had to perform… boy, was i parched! anyways.. there were basically two venues for the performances… namely the concourse and the performance theatre. The one at the concourse was quite bad… had to sing 2 songs…. so we chose rivermaya’s you’ll be safe here and richie valens’ la bamba. The 1st song had a minor glitch… not well-done… whereas la bamba at least had a bit of rhythm and flow to the song… hehe….. mebbe that’s why i sang that nicer… who knows?

2nd performance at the PT…. not so sure but from the reviews i get.. .we were actually quite good! haha! again attempted the rivermaya song but this time with the song that we performed during our actual guitar ensemble concert, “close to heaven” by color me badd. more space to manouver myself… but did some weird stuff on stage.. haha… it would look alright if the band was like a real band.. but at that time it was just my members sitting on chairs playing guitar! haha! so i looked kinda stupid.. but oh well… and the 2nd song… was so afraid i wont be able to hit the falsetto due to my dry throat but it turned out alright i think… if some unknown guy/girl (especially hot girls) says u sound good… damn the feeling’s so awesome! haha!

Steelheart-She’s Gone

OMG!!! The frontman’s vocals… that’s some ownage range!! omg!! And he didn’t look like he went for a falsetto at all!! I hope he did… I mean compare those vocals to newer frontmans or singers of any genre…. Definitely one of the best vocals i’ve heard all my life… Superb control…. ExceLLent!!!
